Init Scripts

Run during dotfiles setup, and again on every later run — the cached selection only pre-ticks the menu, so each script guards its own re-runs. Numbered by dependency order:

Filename conventions:

• _macos_, _linux_, _wsl_, _ubuntu_, _rhel_ — auto-deselected on other platforms
• _personal_ — default unchecked (must be explicitly selected)
